Stephanie was the best! We had our wedding at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills and they require that the couple provide all of the vendors, and require at least a “Day Of” if not “Full Service” Wedding Coordinator to manage everything. Stephanie came highly recommended as a coordinator of weddings/events/dinners, etc.

My fiancé and I chose our vendors for everything and met with them initially to pick out everything we wanted for our wedding day (DJ, Caterer, Rentals, Florist, Cake, etc). Once we had them in place, we knew we had to hire someone as it was becoming very overwhelming to coordinate with friends, family and thew wedding party. In came Stephanie, only missing the S on her uniform— she met with us and asked us about our vision for the perfect wedding day. She took all of the vendor information and asked us to make a tentative schedule, and she would do the same. We compared schedules and she suggested a few minor changes and explained how they would work to make the wedding more amazing. She was right about everything!

Admittedly, we were demanding, uncompromising, and wanted to schedule 8 hours of wedding activities into 6 1/2 hours, and we were not willing to settle. After our meeting, Stephanie met with or phoned all of our vendors, coordinated the delivery and setup, and took all of work away from us so that we could concentrate on enjoying our wedding.

On the day of the wedding, Stephanie was on site first thing and made sure everything was exactly as we had envisioned and planned for it to be. It turned out to be a 95 degree day in the middle of October, and she was even able to work with the florist to keep our flowers fresh and cool right up until the ceremony.

We can’t say enough about her planning and coordination, right down to the timing of the pace of our procession to match the music that we had chosen. It seems that she was everywhere all at once—we still wonder if she is a triplet! The ceremony started almost an hour late because of the bride’s arrival time, and Stephanie was somehow able to get the schedule back on track and still fit in everything that we wanted. We never had to worry about a thing; never had to look for the people doing the toasts; never had to tell anyone where to be or what to do. We were able to just be there and enjoy getting married.

Our wedding day turned out perfect. Though we expected there to be a few bumps along the way and prepared for them, there weren’t any. But if there were, we were never aware of it. It was amazing. The best wedding we’ve ever been to! (We are partial, but it’s true!). It turned out so amazing in large part due to Stephanie’s abilities, organization and talent. And if our recommendation isn’t enough, the rangers and staff at Greystone Mansion made a point to tell us that they have over 150 weddings and events a year, and that Stephanie was amongst the best they’d ever seen. They actually said that they don’t recommend coordinators so as not to be blamed for any problems, but they would recommend Stephanie to anyone who asked.
